E-32 Week 7, SQ-3 Week 12 Progress Report for 11/28/14

By Committee Chairman Steve Stockwell
November 28, 2014

With the finishing touches being put on both units as the reports wind down to a close. I just wanted to thank both Committees for the hard work over the last 2 years for SQ-3 and last year for E-32, in total if my estimations are correct there is at least 800+hours in both committees on Volunteer time, many spent away from our families, home and jobs. Also, the "big wheels" for their support including the Past Chief Rob Wahrenbrock, Current Chief and last years Asst. Chief Joe Gould, President Johnson and the Board of Directors. It has been a long road from paper to product but it will be well worth it in the end to have such nice trucks for us and to serve the community for the next 15-20 years.

Looking at the pictures for both units there are obvious updates on the installation of equipment, lettering and striping should be up next then the trucks should be here within the next month or so, pending any changes or issues that may arise during the inspections (keeping my fingers crossed). Please see my notes below for additional info.

Units: E-32 and SQ-3
