MSFA Executive Committee Meeting

By Bay District Volunteers
September 22, 2019

On September 21 & 22, 2019 Bay District sponsored the MSFA Executive Committee Meeting. The Executive Committee met on both days and conducted the business of the MSFA and gave many committee reports. With hosting the meeting we were responsible to provide breakfast and lunch on both days. Breakfast served on both days was a continental breakfast and lunch both days was catered by Showtime Deli. In lieu of charging for the lunch (as customary) we decided that we would donate ALL of the proceeds from the lunch to the “American Foundation for Suicide Prevention” in honor of Joe Bean. We are proud to announce we will donate the entire $727.00 donated to the foundation.

We hope the Executive Committee had a productive meeting and look forward to hosting the event in the future.
I would like to thank Past Fire Chief Joe Gould for his taking on the task of making this event happen, I would also like to thank following members from Lexington Park VRS that were a huge help in setting up and cleaning up after the event, Melissa Gould & Cathy Miller. Assistance was also received from Gina Morrison and Carla Stanley.
